Punjabi Angithi is authentic Punjabi food delivery outlet in Paschim Vihar. In addition, it is pocket-friendly. The packing is fine. so is the quality and taste of the food. Hope all the hygiene precautions are being taken care of while preparing the food. If you are ordering Punjabi food and try to find out shortcomings like excessive oil or spices, then probably it would be a mistake. Because Punjabi food is like that only. But touch wood, this outlet prepares food with a slight difference. The oil and spices are in a balance in the dishes. In fact, the food is sure to make you fall in love with it. This was my first trial of Punjabi Angithi. While ordering, I was not sure if the food will meet my expectations or not. But fortunately, it did. In all aspects. Hence, I would recommend the food from here.
For starters, we had Lemon Paneer Dry and Hariyali Paneer Tikka. Both are distinct in preparation, taste, and presentation. Surprisingly Lemon Paneer Dry is not dry as the name suggests. It has a semi thick gravy. The gravy is fine and too lemony. Paneer is good and fresh. Hariyali Paneer Tikka has a variety of vegetables in it. Both are typical oily dishes. In the main course, there was Kadhai Mushroom and Dal Makhani Punjabi Tadka. I didn’t know Punjabi Tadka would change Daal Makhani’s taste altogether. It was tasting more like a non-veg dish rather than what its name indicates. Spl Keema Parantha and Spl Angithi Parantha are okay to order. Angithi Parantha has a stuffing of onions and potatoes.
Punjabi Angithi Is Pocket-Friendly With Good Options of Dishes
On the lower side, Veg Pulao from Punjabi Angithi lacks the sufficent amount of vegetables. Even the quality of rice is low. But then it is a budget restaurant and you can’t expect premium quality rice in its Pulao. I would recommend a little more vegetables in it with a variety. The real winner is Kadhai Mushroom. If you wish to try one of the best dishes from Punjabi Angithi, this is the one. You can go for it blindfolded without any hesitation. One suggestion to the management of Punjabi Angithi. The delivery guys need training. If they are early at somebody’s place, they should wait instead of taking a decision to drop the food with someone else like the security guy. Overall, as I said the food is good with a balance of oil and spices. Taste, quality, quantity, and presentation look fine.
