Pind Balluchi, as I call it, is a benchmark when it comes to authentic Punjabi food. So, whichever outlet I walk in to relish my Punjabi food cravings, I find the same quality of food and service as was at Pind Balluchi Sohna Road. The ambiance and atmosphere make me feel as if I am enjoying the food in the heart of Punjab itself. When I say this place has genuinely authentic Punjabi food, I mean in terms of richness and taste. Otherwise, many places serve to put heavy volumes of oil and spices and thinking that way. That is not the case here at Pind Balluchi. It has a touch of grace in food. In fact, every outlet has a consistency. As a matter of fact, Pind Balluchi is one of my all time favorites where I can go anytime with a guarantee of excellent food and service.
The staff at Pind Balluchi Sohna Road is courteous, respectful, and prompt. You won’t find any of them hovering around the tables and thus causing any irritating moments. Every staff moves with a purpose. Else you will find someone standing in a corner waiting promptly from any table for any signal to respond. Pind Balluchi is a place to get perfect food with all its richness and authenticity. The prices are well within the budget. In fact, this is one of the favorite places of families and children. Vegetarian food is as fabulous as the non-vegetarian. If you haven’t been to any of the Pind Balluchi outlets, you must visit the one near to your place in order to experience it. In fact, if you are visiting here in winters, don’t miss Sarson Ka Saag and Makai Ki Roti. Saag, as usual, was with perfect preparation, taste, and beauty.
Pind Balluchi Sohna Road is Another Jewel In The Food Crown of Gurugram
Punjabi Kadhi is another favorite dish in the main course that I prefer not to miss. In fact, there is always a lot more I don’t wish to miss but have to because I can’t have everything on one visit. Pindi Chana and Dal Makhani are the other must-haves. The tastes of these individual dishes that you get here are impossible to get anywhere else. Beware of the small cuttings of green chilies that could turn out to be too sharp to absorb. Gobhi Ka Parantha was not up to the mark as per our taste. There were more green chilies pieces than Gobhi. Both were finely cut. Probably either more Gobhi should be there in the Parantha or its pieces need to be a bit larger than what it is currently to give a better taste. Most of the starters are excellent here at Pind Balluchi Sohna Road.
Chaach and Jaljeera are good to start with. Gajar Ka Halwa and Thandi Kheer are good to try in desserts. Overall, Pind Balluchi is a genuine treat anytime any day. This outlet on Sohna Road is open from 12 pm to 11 pm. I feel like having authentic Punjabi food in Punjab when I visit here. So whether it is their Lajpat Nagar or Mahagun Metro Mall, Vaishali outlets, it is all the same kind of excellent quality and service. So was this outlet Pind Balluchi Sohna Road in ILD Trade Center at Sector 47, Gurugram. Excellent selection of cutlery is another delighting factor at Pind Balluchi Sohna Road and other outlets.
