A positive Feedback is always a booster. Alongside, a negative feedback is also equally important. While a positive feedback might overfill the bag and deviate you from the right path. On the other hand, the negative feedback is a sensitive thing. It has to be taken care of properly. Rather, it should always come with objective pointers towards improvement. Feedback is a very important tool
Is it too hard to give feedback? Or is it too hard to take it positively at the recipient end? Does it happen that it is just for the sake of it?
